Job Description

Oversee daily operations, including service, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for tower cranes in Jobsites.
Lead and mentor teams across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Troubleshoot operational issues and develop effective solutions.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all operational activities to the Middle East Senior Management.

Work Environment:

Office and site-based role with frequent visits to customer locations and operational sites.
Interaction with cross-functional teams and clients.
Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving.
Reporting to: Senior Manager – Middle East Operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Any Graduation

Male

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Total of 10+ years of experience in operations / service with 5+ years of experience in operations management within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry. (preferred in the Tower Cranes)
Strong understanding of tower cranes, lifting equipment, and construction site operations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the construction equipment sector.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work on AutoCAD.
Experience in fleet management and maintenance operations.
Saudi driving license.
