Job Description
Develop and grow the company’s heavy equipment spare parts division (engine parts, filters, hydraulics, electricals, etc.).
Identify and qualify UCP as a supplier with large corporate clients such as construction companies, cement plants, municipalities, and major contractors.
Manage and optimize registrations on supplier portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, and other client procurement systems).
Establish strong B2B relationships with purchasing departments and fleet managers.
Generate sales opportunities, achieve measurable revenue targets, and expand the client base.
Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, demand, and pricing trends.
Work hand-in-hand with management as a strategic partner, not just an employee.

Bachelor of Business Administration
Any
Strong background in B2B sales of heavy equipment spare parts (engine components, filters, hydraulics, electrical parts, etc.).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience selling to major corporates (construction firms, cement plants, logistics, government projects).
Existing client network and the ability to generate business opportunities immediately.
Knowledge of supplier qualification and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to work in a partnership model.
