Job Description

Develop and expand the company’s building materials, electrical tools, industrial equipment, and hand & power tools business line.
Identify and qualify UCP as a supplier with major clients (corporates, government entities, and large buyers).
Manage registrations and supplier portals such as SAP Ariba and other e-procurement systems.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Drive sales growth and achieve measurable business targets.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with management in designing and implementing business development plans.
Act as a partner in growth, not just an employee.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any European National, Any Anglophone National, Any CIS National

Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Proven experience in sales / business development within building materials, tools, or industrial supplies.
Strong knowledge of supplier registration, prequalification, and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
Established network of clients with the ability to generate consistent business opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, and motivated to work in a partnership model.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred (not mandatory).
Immediate availability to join and contribute.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).Industry:
