Job Description
Ensure and prepare estimates that ensure maximum Customer Retention and profitability.
What you will do:
Perform PDI on vehicles, with concern for quality and efficiency.
Observe professional decorum and hospitality with the customer and with the co-employee.
Maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures.
Perform Car cleaning and polishing.
Identify the damages, missing items and the repair needed.
Take sure that all the work requested on the repair order has been completed, with Complete the quality control sheet.
Insure the 5S maintained.
Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs.
Comply with the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities.
Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

Required skills to be successful:
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles, particularly with a focus on electric vehicles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify damages, missing items, and necessary repairs accurately to ensure quality control.
Ability to analyze issues effectively and come up with practical solutions during the PDI process.
About the Team:
Reporting to the workshop Supervisor, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy environment.
What equips you for the role:
Relevant Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, with a strong understanding of automotive systems.
2-3 years of experience working at a reputed automobile dealer, preferably in the KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
Up-to-date knowledge of new automotive technologies, work procedures, and time standards relating to vehicle maintenance and repair.
