Job Description
Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and accurately diagnose complex pediatric neurosurgical conditions, including congenital anomalies and acquired disorders.
Perform intricate neurosurgical procedures on infants, children, and adolescents, specializing in areas such as brain tumors, spinal dysraphism, and hydrocephalus.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique needs of each patient and their families, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, neurologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care.
Provide expert consultation to other physicians on pediatric neurosurgical cases, offering guidance and support in complex decision-making.
Participate actively in clinical research, contributing to the advancement of pediatric neurosurgery through publications and presentations.

Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery and pediatric neurosurgery, validating competency and adherence to professional standards.
Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric neurosurgery, reflecting extensive practical experience and surgical proficiency.
Proven experience in treating a wide range of pediatric neurosurgical conditions, including complex cases, demonstrating versatility and expertise.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
