Preparation of FEED / DBSP documents and drawings.
Preparation of DED documents and drawings.
Preparation of Bid engineering estimates for the project.
Preparation of Scope of work and Engineering man-hour estimate of the project.
Preparation of Scope of Work, Basis of Design.
Preparation of Construction Scope of Work for the Contractor.
Attend Site Surveys with Clients and Contractors to determine requirements necessary for an accurate and competitive design proposal.
• Plot Plans (Overall Plot Plan and Unit Plot Plans)

• Equipment Layouts

• Piping General Arrangement Drawings (Piping Plans)

• Piping Section and Details (Usually included as part of Piping Plans)

• Conceptual Piping Layouts or Study Piping Layouts

• Piping Isometrics

• Line Designation Table (Line List or Line schedule)

• Tie-in Schedule (Tie-in Index)

• Nozzle Orientation Drawings

• Piping Demolition Drawings

• Pipe Support Details

• Material Take Off (Bill of Material)

• Piping Specifications

• Specialty Items List

• Data Sheets for Valves / Piping Specials

• Technical Bid Evaluation/ NMR Review / Approvals

• Piping Stress Analysis Report

• Preparation of Stress Analysis

• Safety Instrument System (SIS)

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Any

Knowledge of piping codes and standards like ASME, API, SAES (Saudi Aramco Engg Std) etc.

Candidate with 8 to 16+ years of experience working in the oil and Gas industry, Refinery, Petrochemical Plant.

• Candidates with experience in Saudi Aramco Project / aware of Saudi Aramco Engineering standards will be an added advantage with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in GES / GES + in Saudi Arabia.

• Qualification : B. E. / B. Tech / BS Mechanical Engineer
