Job Description

Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure timely completion.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
Risk Management: Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget Oversight: Work closely with cost control teams to align planning with financial constraints.
Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Male

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry specially in Housing & Villa project.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
