Job Description
Experience in developing, implementing, feeding, reconciling and maintaining valuable project control databases and reports for projects.
• Project planning, scheduling, cost engineering, progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects.
• Provides guidance and consultation for project managers and corporate management.
• Overseeing and managing project expenses and preparing for potential financial risks.
• This is typically the project manager’s responsibility. Cost control involves managing the budget, as well as planning, and preparing for potential risks.
• Overseeing planning development plans and applications.
• Advising stakeholders on planning policy and regulations.
• Providing counsel and representation at key planning meetings and appeal hearings.
• Managing planning compliance.
• Monitor and control programmed compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
• Reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
• Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules
• Preparing feasibility studies or development appraisals.
• Assessing capital and revenue expenditure over the whole life of a facility.
• Advising on the setting of budgets.
• Monitoring design development against planned expenditure.
• Progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects
