Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at an Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing Plant, with strong hands-on expertise in secondary scrap processing, aluminium melting, and alloy ingot production for die-casting (engine applications).

⚙️ Technical Expertise Required

� Secondary Scrap – Aluminium Alloy Ingots (Die-casting ingot production (Engine components))
�Alloy grades: ADC12 | A356 | LM6 | LM4
�End-to-end plant operations: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety & Compliance
�Process optimization, cost efficiency & operational excellence
�Strong leadership & shop-floor team management

✔ Male | Age: Below 45 years

✔ Languages: English, Hindi
