Plant Operations Manager-Riyadh KSA

Job Description

Manage the entire plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met without compromising on quality and safety.
Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Supervise and mentor departmental managers and factory staff.
Lead safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and environmental regulations.
Monitor and optimize operational costs, energy consumption, and resource utilization.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to manage raw materials and supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate with the R&D and Technical Departments for process innovation and product development.
Generate regular performance reports and present operational KPIs to top management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Systems)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the rubber, polymer, or HVAC-related industry.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Arabic language and driving License with vehicle are mandatory.
Must have experience in KSA.
