Minimum of 8+ year experience in PMO is required. Must have the ability to work across both traditional BRD/SRD-driven delivery as well as Agile user stories and backlog management have to enforce traceability all the way from BRD User Stories UAT Production, ensuring JIRA/Confluence are always updated and aligned Should Understands that banking requires documentation, approvals, formal sign-offs, and audit trails, not just sprint boards Must ensures that BRDs are complete, signed, and version controlled before moving forward Have to ensures SRD alignment and design sign-offs with Solution Architects, and captures all decisions and open points Strong documentation governance: audit trail, change logs, versioning, and sign-off management. Schedules cadence meetings, sends agendas, writes MoMs, assigns actions, and tracks closure Builds and maintains: Status dashboards, UAT tracking and execution tracking, Sign-off trackers, CR tracker, Risk/Issue (RAID) logs, KPIs aligned to BACoE. Must have Strong tools capability in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT Confident speaking in governance meetings and escalating diplomatically but firmly Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
