Job Title: Procurement Specialist (with Contract & SAP Experience)
Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and executing procurement
activities, contract negotiations, and vendor coordination to ensure the timely and cost-
effective acquisition of materials and services. The role requires hands-on experience in
SAP (MM Module) and advanced Excel skills to support data-driven decision-making
and ensure process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete procurement cycl from requisition to purchase order
and delivery.
Prepare, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with
company policies and legal standards.
Utilize SAP (MM Module) for all procurement activities, including:
o ME2M, ME5A, MB51, MM60 for purchase order tracking, requisition
management, and material master reporting.
o Apply and understand SAP Movement Types (101, 221, 261, 501, 555)
for goods receipt, consumption, and adjustments.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, and Projects) to align
procurement with organizational needs·
Perform price analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate documentation for all purchase transactions, contracts, and
approvals.
Generate and analyze procurement reports using Excel (PivotTable,
XLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR, COUNT, etc.) to monitor spending, trends, and
supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, ensuring the best value for products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
Analyze purchase orders and supplier performance to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical sourcing.
Utilize procurement software and tools to manage inventory levels and track order history effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and supplier performance for management review.
Identify and assess risks in the supply chain, developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to inform strategic purchasing decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a relevant industry.
Experience in handling both domestic and international suppliers to navigate diverse procurement landscapes.
Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and reporting.
Interpersonal skills to foster relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively
