Job Description

We at Leo International HRC looking to hire Production Manager for one of our reputed client in Saudi Arabia.

A Production Manager in the feed mill industry is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
Optimize resource utilization, including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
Monitor production output to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure all feed products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout production.
Maintain compliance with feed safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity.
Reduce waste and ensure cost-effective production.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to maximize output.
Manage and supervise production staff, including operators and technicians.
Provide training on safety procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards.
Ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
Schedule routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Quickly address equipment failures to minimize production delays.
Work closely with storekeepers to ensure raw material availability.
Monitor ingredient usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished feed.
Enforce workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by staff.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Maintain records of production data, efficiency reports, and material usage.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Work closely with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams.
Communicate with sales and supply chain teams to align production with demand.
Ensure seamless coordination between production and distribution.
