Job Description

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, reducing workplace accidents and incidents.
Manage and motivate a diverse team of operators and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace culture.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics and KPIs to drive operational success.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts within a diverse workforce.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of responding to changing production demands and challenges.
