Project Engineer/ Site Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and identify potential issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site meeting minutes.
Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly, minimizing delays and disruptions to project timelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
Supervise and mentor site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
Champion a culture of safety, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Diploma(Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical), Bachelor of Education

Male

Holds relevant professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent (preferred).
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction or site supervision.
Exhibits strong experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrates proficiency in using project management software and CAD software.
Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach to work, with strong attention to detail
