Location: Saudi Arabia – Various Project Sites
Type: Full-Time | Permanent Local Contract

Currently, we are supporting a global leader in grid technologies—renowned for delivering large-scale, complex energy projects—to identify experienced Saudi professionals for key roles in high-voltage substation projects.
Our client is currently looking to hire Project Managers to lead major EPC projects to build a HV substations across Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end execution of high-voltage substation EPC projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to ensure successful delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project execution strategy
Manage project planning, cost, scope, and contractual obligations
Lead multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams across sites
Drive EHS and quality compliance across all project phases
Engage directly with key customers and partners to ensure satisfaction
Lead the design and construction of HV substations as Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical), Master of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering
PMP certification preferred
8–10 years’ experience managing HV substation projects (132kV/380kV)
Strong client exposure (SEC, ARAMCO, RC, NG, NEOM)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Saudi Expertise and SCE Registration a prerequisite.
