Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Project Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities in the region. The role involves selling hardware items, building materials, construction items, and machine tools for projects. This position requires a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise to effectively manage and drive sales projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools.
Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the hardware and construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, building materials, and construction items.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
