Proposal Engineer – Telecom & ELV (Mid Career)

Job Description

Looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer to lead and manage tendering efforts for Telecom and ELV systems across major Oil & Gas and Commercial infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end proposal preparation including technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and specifications for accurate bid planning.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and estimation teams.
Develop bid strategies in line with client expectations and market benchmarks.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor offers and negotiate for competitive pricing.
Maintain updated knowledge of market rates and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecom, or Electrical Engineering.
4–8 years of solid experience in Telecom and ELV proposal engineering.
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas standards and Commercial Market (e.g., ARAMCO, Maaden, Sabic, and Commercial Market).
Proficient in systems like CCTV, PAGA, Access Control, SACS, VASS, Siren, Data Network, IP Telephonic, AV system, Video Conferencing Kits Fiber/Copper Networks, etc.
Strong technical writing, pricing strategy, and client-facing skills.
