Job Description
1. Government Relations & Compliance
• Handle all government-related procedures, including but not limited to:
• Ministry of Commerce (MoC)
• Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD)
• Chamber of Commerce
• ZATCA
• GOSI
• SFDA
• Municipality
• Manage processing and renewal of company licenses, CR, visas, Iqama, work permits, medical tests, attestation, Saudization requirements, and other regulatory documents.
• Ensure the company remains compliant with Saudi laws and updates management on new regulations affecting business operations.
• Maintain a schedule of all documents and license renewals.
2. Public Relations & Communication
• Act as the official representative of the company when dealing with government bodies.
• Prepare official letters, forms, and documentation as required.
• Support the company with internal and external communication tasks.
3. Employee Affairs
• Assist with onboarding processes for expatriate employees including visas, Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and government-related onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with employees on document submission and government appointments.
• Handle exit/re-entry visas and final exit processes.
4. Administrative & Record-Keeping
• Maintain an organized filing system for all government documents, transaction receipts, letters, and agreements.
• Track and report on all PRO-related expenses.
• Prepare periodic reports to management on PRO activities and compliance status.

Qualifications • Saudi national (preferred due to government access requirements). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar PRO or government relations role. • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad), and regulatory procedures. • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written & verbal). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
