Job Description
Implement Quality Plan (Inspection & Test Plan) and MPS for every project.
Ensure quality targets are established, verified, and maintained across departments.
Ensure accurate quality records are documented daily and required documentation completed on time.
Plan and organize necessary manpower for inspection and testing activities.
Monitor progress of daily inspections/testing and de-bottleneck slow areas.
Feedback to production department on quality issues from inspection/testing.
Issue non-conformance reports, carry out data analysis, monitor and recommend improvement measures.
Assess QC inspectors’ performance, recommend/provide training or advice where needed.
Monitor condition of inspection/testing equipment and liaise with maintenance for preventive actions.
Liaise with client/TPI for daily QC progress, in-process/final inspections, and product release.
Prepare, follow-up, and maintain QMS and order documentation.
Complete other temporary/permanent tasks required by supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Filipino, Indonesian, Nigerian (Nigeria)
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)
Any
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.
5 years experience in the line pipe manufacturing industry or similar.
Holding Quality Management System (QMS) Lead or Internal Auditor Certification.
Well familiar with ASME I, II, V & IX, API 5L, 2B, AWS D1.1, etc.
Preferred: Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and NDT Level II.
Proficiency in English.
