QC Inspector- Welding/Coating/Pipeline

Job Description

To ensure works are performed by project specifications, the project quality plan, and that contractual obligations are met to support the Quality Management System, overall QC strategy, regulatory requirements, and effective Quality Control (QC).

Follow all relevant QAQC processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.

Interpreting and Applying Quality Standards: Interpret drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas to ensure correct application of quality standards on projects.

Administers tests at specific stages as identified on the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), to record test data in support of statistical quality control procedures.

Project Management, Data Analysis and management, Regulatory Compliance Knowledge, Quality Control Management, Quality Management System (QMS) Proficiency, and Mathematical Modeling.

Scrutinize quality control on site against contractual agreements and Inspection Test Plan (ITP), to ensure their correct implementation.
