Job Description

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead regular audits of processes and products, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and benchmarks that align with organizational goals.
Train and mentor QA/QC staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
Analyze quality data and reports, providing actionable insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions.
Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring they meet specifications.
Manage documentation related to quality control processes, maintaining accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and effective communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in quality control to enhance the effectiveness of processes.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address quality issues, employing root cause analysis techniques to prevent recurrence.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Electrical)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in quality management principles.
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in quality control within manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
