Job Description

Process Monitoring & Control: Oversee and manage the entire production process of indoor units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Production Setup & Documentation: Verify BOMs and technical documentation during line changeovers for new models, ensuring accurate production data.
Tooling & Equipment Management: Perform regular calibration of tools and testing equipment used in the indoor unit assembly process.
Non-Conformance Handling: Respond to and resolve process abnormalities promptly to minimize production disruptions.
Rework & Defect Tracking: Monitor the rework process for defective units and ensure proper logging and follow-up on all process-related failures.
Material Disposition: Manage non-conforming and scrap materials generated during the indoor unit production process, including segregation and reporting.

Any Arab National

Any Graduation

Male

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
Certification Experience: Hands-on experience with GCC and SASO product certification processes is required.
Software Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Quality Systems: Practical working experience with ISO Quality Management Systems.
Preferred Background: Prior experience in quality assurance, product engineering, or international logistics is highly preferred.
