Job Description

Develop and implement quality control systems, ensuring all processes adhere to established standards and regulations, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough audits and inspections of products, processes, and documentation, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to address quality concerns and implement effective solutions.

Bachelor of Science

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality principles.
Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Shows meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for managing quality documentation and processes.
Demonstrates proficiency in using quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D), evidencing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Offers 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within the manufacturing or related industry, indicating practical application of quality concepts.
