Job Description
Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing all quantities for building and civil projects—Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing—from initial take-off to final valuation. Key duties include preparing BOQs, identifying discrepancies in drawings/specifications, supporting pre-tender activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, visiting sites to verify completed work, maintaining quantity records, preparing reports, managing subcontractor invoices, and handling variations and claims.
Requires strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, drawings, and contract conditions, along with project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office, project management software, and AutoCAD.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and minimum 5 years of experience in multistore buildings, industrial projects, and pipeline works.
Maximum Age required to be 35 years.
