Job Description

①Develop and execute regional sales strategies to secure government tenders and engineering projects

②Lead a sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets

③Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government entities, contractors, and consulting firms

④Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution

⑤Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

⑥Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions for large-scale projects

⑦Represent the company at industry events and government procurement forums

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(International Business, Marketing)

Male

①Experience:

8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in HVAC, construction, or government projects

Proven track record in managing large accounts and winning government tenders in Saudi Arabia

Previous experience leading sales teams is mandatory

②Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Saudi government procurement processes

Strong network within KSA’s construction and infrastructure sectors

③Skills:

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities

Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen

④Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

⑤Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English
