Renovation Design Engineer (Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical)

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and collaborative professionals in the fields of Architecture, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering to join our Renovation Design Team. The successful candidates will work together on the assessment, redesign, and technical development of renovation projects for existing buildings, ensuring that all disciplines are coordinated and meet updated codes, performance standards, and aesthetic goals.

Architectural:
Redesign layouts, interior spaces, and building facades with respect to historical elements and modern needs.
Restore or modify architectural features such as ceilings, walls, windows, and finishes.
Ensure design continuity while improving space utilization and aesthetics.
Electrical:
Redesign electrical distribution, lighting systems, and low-current systems (CCTV, data, fire alarm).
Upgrade outdated panels, wiring, and ensure system load calculations are accurate.
Implement smart systems and energy-saving lighting designs.
Mechanical:
Redesign HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems to fit the new layout.
Improve system efficiency, airflow, and water distribution based on new functional requirements.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and other mechanical codes.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (as applicable).
Minimum 8 years of experience in renovation or retrofit design projects.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dia lux, HAP, etc.).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficient design practices.
Knowledge of local and international building codes.
