Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Jeddah and Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Department: Operations
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Area Manager

Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant by leading the floor team, maintaining service quality, and upholding company standards in customer service, hygiene, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure excellent guest experience.
Monitor daily operations including opening/closing procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure food safety and quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient flow.
Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and control waste.
Implement SOPs and assist in audits and internal checks.
Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
3+ years experience in a similar role in a busy F&B outlet.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus).
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Working Hours
6 days/week (rotational shifts), including weekends and holidays.
