Job Description
Develop / review technical documentation, datasheets, and specifications; ensure all work complies with industry codes, standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco, API, ASME), and company procedures.
Review of Engineering documents in various project cycle to ensure compliance with code and standards.
Provide engineering support for new projects, including specifying equipment, evaluating bids, and reviewing designs to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and implementing design changes to prevent recurrence.
Participating in Management of Change (MOC) evaluations.
Performing asset criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance efforts.
Performing RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability) study to predict and optimize the performance of a production or processing facility.
Performing other studies such as process upsets, equipment obsolescence study etc.
Fit-For-Service (FFS) study for rotating equipment.
Life extension study – To conduct a multidisciplinary assessment of mechanical systems to determine if they can operate safely beyond their original design life.
Provide engineering support to troubleshoot equipment problems for providing technical solutions to maintenance and operations.
Additional qualification: Experience in the asset integrity assessment of pressurized equipment (static and piping systems)
Experience with safety studies and methodologies like Process Hazards Analysis (PHA), HAZOP, SIL etc.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)
Any
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas working with rotating equipment
