Job Description
Assist with day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from quotation to invoicing.
· Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company pricing policies.
· Handle invoicing, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
· Support customer relations by assisting in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and support sales initiatives.
· Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
· Help prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist in managing inventory and order fulfillment processes.
· Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients in both English (mandatory) and preferably Arabic.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a sales support or operations role.
· Strong knowledge of invoicing, finance, and quotation processes.
· Proficient in customer relations management and delivering excellent service.
· Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English required; Arabic is a plus).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
