Job Description
* Actively generate qualified leads for training and manpower supply services
* Promote services to corporate clients, contractors, factories, service companies, and institutions
* Support the full sales cycle: lead generation → presentation → follow-up → conversion
* Coordinate closely with management to meet quarterly sales targets
* Maintain and update client pipelines and lead databases

* Prepare persuasive marketing materials: proposals, presentations, service profiles
* Identify new market opportunities and client segments
* Support pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies to improve competitiveness
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends
* Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, job fairs, and industry events
* Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR managers, procurement officers, and training coordinators

Saudi Arabian
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Female
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, PR, or business development
* Proven ability to generate leads and support revenue growth
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Added value qualifications:
* Experience in training services, recruitment, HR, manpower supply, or workforce solutions is a plus.
* B2B sales experience, especially with corporate or institutional clients
* Familiarity with proposal writing and service contracts
* Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, or commission-based structures
* Multilingual ability is a plus
