Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer – Equipment’s – Riyadh , KSA with strong experience in projects and maintenance sales within SAUDI ARABIA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, tendering, pricing strategy, and coordination with authorities and internal teams to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in Gas Equipment’s and contracts.
– Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
-Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, FM companies, and end users.
– Conduct market analysis to stay competitive with pricing, strategies, and market trends.
-Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
-Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
-Coordinate with engineering and sales teams for accurate , material, and costing.
-Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining company margins.
-Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and management reports. Coordinate with finance for billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
– Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and market feedback

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical industrial) or a related field may be required.
-Previous experience in a similar position: minimum 2-4 years.
-Superb written and verbal communication in ENGLISH & ARABIC and negotiation skills.
-Great organizational and planning skills.
-The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
-Excellent networking and time management skills.
-Should be smooth negotiators with a keen eye for detail.
-Valid KSA driving license – MUST
