Job Description

Conduct in-depth technical consultations with clients to understand their heavy equipment rental needs, providing tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of heavy equipment.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including equipment specifications, pricing, and operational considerations.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, market research, and cold calling within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the heavy equipment market.
Provide technical support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to equipment operation and maintenance.
Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the sales management team.
Oversee and coordinate equipment deployments, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup at client sites.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Mechanical), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Any Graduation

Male

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience within the heavy equipment rental industry.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics, operation, and maintenance.
Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Proficient in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Demonstrates strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at securing profitable sales contracts.
Possesses a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is a plus.
Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
