Job Description

Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients seeking training solutions.
Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their specific training requirements, challenges, and objectives, tailoring solutions accordingly.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of training services and address client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the process.
Desired Candidate Profile

Egyptian

Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the training or professional development industry.
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger Sale) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
