Job Title: Sales Executive – Saudi Arabia

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (SE) to lead and manage our sales of Products across key regions of Saudi Arabia. The SE will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel partners, managing key accounts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires market knowledge, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement area-specific sales plans in line with the overall business strategy for KSA.
Target Achievement:
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Distributor & Channel Management:
Manage and develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and key accounts across Saudi Arabia.
Business Development:
Identify and onboard new business partners, open new market segments, and expand the brand’s footprint within the Kingdom.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular market visits to assess market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and consumer behavior. Share actionable insights with the management team.
Promotions & Activations:
Plan and execute local sales promotions, in-store visibility drives, and marketing activations in coordination with the marketing team.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, stock status updates, and market feedback.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian
Any Graduation, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)
Male
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / Perfume / Consumer Goods, with at least 2 years in a similar role within Saudi Arabia.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi retail landscape, distribution channels, and consumer buying patterns.
Skills:
Strong team player and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking and analytical approach
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories across Saudi Arabia with frequent trips to the UAE.
