Job Description

Supervise, support, and follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

• Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) for seamless operations.

• Conduct competitor market research and pricing analysis to inform sales strategy.

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.

• Generate reports and forecasts for leadership on sales performance and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

Male

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience (preferably lighting, electrical, or construction sectors).

• Strong team leadership, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in CRM.

• Excellent market analysis and competitor research ability.

• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.

• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Excellent coordination skills with internal departments to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions.

• Vald Driving License.
