Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
Set and achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for IT software and ERP solutions
Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for successful deal closures
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Job Summary
Lynx Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – IT Software Solutions (ERP) to drive business growth in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a small sales team, achieving revenue targets, and managing key customer relationships within the IT software and ERP domain.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia
Proven experience in IT software / enterprise software / ERP sales
Strong exposure to B2B and enterprise sales cycles
Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Good understanding of the Saudi IT and ERP market
Preferred Profile
Experience selling ERP solutions, enterprise software, or IT services.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi/GCC market.
Existing client network is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
Allowances: Local travel expenses covered
Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave with return air ticket

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Master of Technology/Engineering

Male

ERP certifications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or CRM/SaaS sales certifications are highly valued.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
