Job Description
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and market
share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international oil and
gas markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry
stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to align
solutions with customer requirements.
• market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust sales
tactics accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Lead, train, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and
team KPIs.
• Any Assigned task from Chief Accountant /Finance Manager.
• Supporting the Finance Manager.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration

Level of Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
Skills required:
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas equipment, services, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting.
Competencies required: (e.g. communication, teamwork, problem-solving,
etc.)
