Job Description

1. Team Leadership & Management

Manage and develop the Sales Support team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Establish a sustainable development plan and implement a succession strategy for key roles.
Monitor workload distribution and optimize team efficiency.
2. Technical & Commercial Support

Oversee the review of all incoming inquiries, ensuring accurate technical specifications and detailed costing (including factory material and local costs).
Support the Pre-Sales function with early involvement in projects, providing technical studies and traffic analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of proposals and quotations in line with company standards.
3. Order Review & Accuracy

Conduct thorough reviews of projects prior to order placement, ensuring zero tolerance between estimation and Purchase Order to the factory.
Enable Operations Project Managers/Engineers to issue Purchase Orders without errors or discrepancies.
4. Client & Sales Interaction

Attend client meetings alongside Sales Representatives when required to provide technical expertise and support.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the factory to resolve technical or commercial queries.
5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety regulations.

Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Indian

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Male

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in sales support, technical sales, or project management within the elevator/escalator industry or similar.
Skills:
Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and traffic analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in costing, estimation, and ERP systems.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Requirements:

Experience (10 years or more), elevator experience only,
Experience in TKE or other elevator company (KONE, OTIS or Schindler).
Already in manager position.
