Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving passenger and cargo sales for the airline represented by the GSA. The role involves promoting the airline’s products and services, building strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and tour operators, and achieving sales targets in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote airline ticket sales to travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.

· Achieve and exceed set revenue targets (passenger and/or cargo).

· Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to agencies and corporate clients.

· Secure group bookings, holiday packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and group clients.

· Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and competitor activities.

· Manage key accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth communication between the airline and trade partners.

· Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns.

· Represent the airline at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

· Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management and the airline.

· Ensure all activities are aligned with airline policies and GSA agreements.

Indian, Filipino, Sri Lankan, Any Nationality

Any Graduation

Male

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field.

· Minimum 4–7 years of sales experience in the airline/travel industry.

· Knowledge of airline systems (e.g., GDS – Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Saudi Driving License Holder
