SAP CPI Lead

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP Integration Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP CPI, PO, and Integration Suite. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party system connectivity using various integration protocols and technologies. The role requires end-to-end interface development, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test interfaces in SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP API Management, and Event Mesh.
Understand integration requirements and prepare technical design documents.
Support end-to-end build activities for SAP PO interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during testing and defect resolution phases.
Perform monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration scenarios and message flows.
Mentor junior team members and assist in resolving interface issues.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) implementation projects.
Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, SRM, and HCM with third-party systems.
Proficiency in protocols and adapters: ALE-IDocs, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File FCC, REST, SOAP, Mail, JMS, SFTP, SFSF.
Hands-on experience with Java Mapping, Graphical Mapping, UDFs, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
Strong communication, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh.
Familiarity with SAP ABAP and Java.

Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
