Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in leading SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder management, and SAP expertise to ensure the successful execution of SAP-related projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop, manage, and execute SAP project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Define project scope, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Collaborate with business users, SAP consultants, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Conduct regular project status meetings and reports.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Resolve project issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

SAP Implementation & Support:

Oversee SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Agile, etc.).

Work with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure system stability.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial forecasting.

Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.

Change Management & Training:

Drive change management initiatives for end-user adoption.

Provide training and documentation for SAP users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

SAP Project Manager Certification is a plus.

Technical & Functional Expertise:

Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HCM, SAP SF, or SAP S/4HANA.

Hands-on experience in managing SAP implementation, support, or migration projects.

Project Management Skills:

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

Strong knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or SAP Solution Manager.
