Job Description

Oversee and manage all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring adherence to Aramco standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures, identifying and rectifying any hazards or deficiencies promptly.
Supervise a team of scaffolders, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Prepare detailed scaffolding plans, including material estimations, erection procedures, and dismantling schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Diploma(Engineering), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Mechanical)

Any

Possesses a relevant degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Holds a valid Aramco-approved Scaffolding Supervisor certification.
Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in scaffolding, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
Nationality preference: Open to all nationalities, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience working in the Middle East.
