Job Description
Comprehensive administration duties in support of the Managing Director.
· Arranging travel and accommodation for the Managing Director.
· Day-to-day planning and organisation of the Managing Director’s diary.
· Dealing with the Managing Director’s post and correspondence.
· Set up meetings and appointments, organising venues and hospitality for visitors, etc.
· Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.
· Set up and maintain the integrated electronic and paper-based filing systems.
· Work with the communications team to maintain and develop databases and mailing lists to ensure they are current and up to date at all times.
· Maintaining the company’s records, including personnel files.
· Responsible for handling petty cash
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly cash outflows.
· Petty cash and cash book-related invoices/payments.
· Any other duties appropriate to the post.

Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Bachelor of Arts, Any Graduation

Required Experience:
Minimum 10 Years of Experience as a Secretary. Have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working for a Managing Director.
Required Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong organisational & time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Having Integrity, being trustworthy, and being honest are key for the role.
Knowledge and understanding of the analysed petty cash books
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal Arabic.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulations is a plus
