Market Analysis & Strategy:
Research healthcare software market gaps & needs, identify target segments, and analyze competitors.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for healthcare software products.
Create go-to-market plans for new software solutions, setting clear goals and metrics.
Partnerships & Networking:
Present the company’s healthcare software solutions to the Ministry of Health and other relevant government/regulatory bodies.
Identify opportunities for product approval, endorsement, or certification by the Ministry of Health or other authorities.
Work to establish relationships that could lead to the Ministry mandating or recommending the product’s use in private, public, and specialty hospitals, as well as clinics.
Develop and maintain strong networks with healthcare associations, accreditation agencies, and influential healthcare leaders.
Establish and grow partnerships with channel partners, resellers, and technology vendors.
Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
Represent the company brand and solutions in the healthcare community.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate software solutions, addressing client needs and concerns.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for healthcare software solutions.
Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Product & Project Coordination:
Work closely with product management, marketing, and development teams to align offerings with market needs.
Provide market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development.
Manage project timelines, client onboarding, and coordinate post-sale support.

Deep knowledge of healthcare industry challenges and digital transformation trends. Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder structures. Technical aptitude for healthcare software platforms and SaaS models. Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of business development experience in healthcare software or health IT services. Native Arabic speaker or Saudi citizen. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partnerships in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
