Job Description

Conduct thorough pre-drilling assessments, including risk analysis and contingency planning, to mitigate operational risks.
Evaluate and select appropriate drilling technologies and methodologies that align with project objectives and site-specific conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists and production engineers, to optimize drilling strategies and enhance resource recovery.
Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for management, summarizing drilling operations, outcomes, and recommendations.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Petroleum)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum or Mechanical, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling engineering, including a track record of successful project leadership in diverse environments.
Experience in offshore drilling operations, with a preference for candidates who have worked in international markets.
Proficiency in drilling engineering software and simulation tools, with a strong grasp of drilling mechanics and fluid dynamics.
Willingness to travel and work in remote or challenging environments, adapting to varying schedules and conditions.
