Senior Contracts Engineer (Commercial)

Job Description

1. Prepare the joint venture contract and pre-bid agreement in accordance with Saudi law to avoid potential risks;

2. Review the owner’s contract and provide risk matters and modification opinions;

3. Negotiate contracts, negotiate with owners or partners, and promote contract signing;

4. Be familiar with Saudi laws and international construction contracts to ensure that the company meets regulatory requirements;

5. Review and modify subcontracts and procurement contracts for projects under construction

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Male

1. Have worked in Saudi Arabia for more than 5 years and have more than 3 years of contract management experience;

2. Be over 30 years old and be a registered engineer in Saudi Arabia;

3. Be proficient in using office software, such as Office;

4. Be proficient in English and Arabic and be able to communicate with owners or partners;

5. Be able to accurately refine the main terms of the contract and formulate contract negotiation strategies.
