Job Description

Identify, gather, and analyze user requirements.
Design and develop IVR/CVP and Java applications following defined methodologies, standards, and patterns.
Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
Review, test, and debug code developed by team members.
Manage deployment of CVP components across Cisco servers.
Troubleshoot, support, and maintain existing ICM applications, including fixing defects and performing maintenance.
Execute unit and integration testing practices in line with best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and development guidelines.

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers), Master of Technology/Engineering(Computers), Master of Science(Computers)

Any

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (education + experience considered).
6+ years of proven experience as an IVR developer or related role.
Strong technical expertise in Cisco CVP and ICM scripting.
Experience in designing new call flows and modifying existing scripts.
In-depth knowledge of call control, multimedia contact centers, skill group & agent mapping, and IVR scripting.
Proficiency in VXML, SSML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Portals, and Database architecture.
Practical knowledge of Java/JEE and Web Development.
Good exposure to supporting and maintaining ICM/IVR applications.
Strong understanding of SDLC practices and application development methodologies.
Experience working with small/medium development teams.
Added advantage: knowledge of core banking systems, ERP applications, and Linux operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving, requirement gathering, and time estimation skills.
