Senior Subcontracts Engineer

Job Description

Administer subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.

· Evaluate and process variations, claims, and contractual changes.

· Conduct cost and performance analyses of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project budgets.

· Identify risks, support mitigation strategies, and coordinate with legal and commercial teams for claim assessments.

· Maintain accurate documentation and support subcontract negotiations as required.

Master of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Petroleum), Ph.D/Doctorate(Engineering), M.Phil(Engineering)

Role Overview: Support the Subcontracts Manager in administering and managing post-award subcontracts, ensuring contractual compliance, change management, and dispute resolution.

Required Expertise: Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, cost control principles, and claims evaluation, with excellent English communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering or Construction. 15+ Years of contracts / subcontracts management experience of which minimum of 5+ years of experience in subcontracts & claims management respectively
