Job Description

Service Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate service appointments for preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and inspections.

Assign tasks to field service technicians and monitor their job progress.

Maintain and update service calendars and job tracking systems ERP/HCM/CRM.

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints related to service issues.

Provide customers with updates on job status, technician arrival times, and parts availability.

Ensure service reports and feedback are properly communicated to clients.

Job Order Management

Open and close service job orders in the system.

Verify job completion reports, labor hours, and parts used.

Ensure accurate documentation of service records and technician reports.

Spare Parts Coordination

Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department to ensure timely availability of parts for ongoing and upcoming service jobs.

Follow up on pending part deliveries and job delays.

Warranty & Claims Handling

Assist in processing warranty claims with manufacturers or HQ.

Ensure compliance with warranty policy and documentation requirements.

Reporting & Data Management

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.

Track technician productivity, job turnaround time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments for smooth operation flow.

Ensure clear communication between field teams and office support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Any Graduation

Male

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Fluent in English Arabic and/or Chinese is a plus.
3+ years experience in a service coordination, preferably in the heavy machinery or equipment industry.
Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in heavy equipment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems SAP, Oracle, etc..
